產(chǎn)品用途:適用于壓榨檸檬、菠蘿、蘋果、梨、桑棋、葡萄、桔子、橙子、西紅柿、生姜、芹菜、蘿卜等果蔬產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu):由前支座、進料斗、螺旋、過濾網(wǎng)、盛汁器、后支座、出渣槽等零件組成，螺旋主軸左端支承于滾動軸承座內(nèi)，右端支承于手輪軸承座中，電動機通過一對三角皮帶輪驅(qū)動螺旋進行工作。

工作原理:本設(shè)備的主要構(gòu)件是螺旋，螺旋沿著料渣出口方向底徑逐漸加大而螺距逐漸減小，當物料被螺旋推進時，因螺旋腔體積的縮小，形成對物料的壓榨。螺旋主軸的轉(zhuǎn)動方向從進料斗向渣槽方向看去，為順針時方向。原料加入進料斗中，在螺旋的推進下受壓，其壓榨的汁液通過過濾網(wǎng)流入底部的盛汁器，而廢料則通過螺旋及調(diào)壓頭的錐形部分之間形成的空隙排出，調(diào)壓頭沿軸向的移動可調(diào)整空隙的大小。用手順時針(從設(shè)備的出渣槽向進料斗看)轉(zhuǎn)運手輪軸承座時，調(diào)壓頭向左，空隙即縮小，反之則空隙變大。改變空隙的大小，即調(diào)整出渣的阻力，即可改變出汁率，但如果空隙過小，在強力擠壓下，部分渣的顆粒會和汁一起通過過濾網(wǎng)被擠出，盡管出汁增加，但汁的質(zhì)量相對下降，空隙的大小應(yīng)視用戶具體工藝要求而定。

Working principle: The main component of this equipment is the spiral, which gradually increases the bottom diameter along the direction of the slag outlet and decreases the pitch. When the material is pushed forward by the spiral, the volume of the spiral cavity decreases, forming a pressure on the material. The rotation direction of the spiral spindle is clockwise when viewed from the feeding hopper towards the slag groove. The raw materials are added to the feeding hopper and pressed under the push of the screw. The squeezed juice flows into the bottom juice container through the filter screen, while the waste is discharged through the gap formed between the screw and the conical part of the pressure regulating head. The movement of the pressure regulating head along the axial direction can adjust the size of the gap. When transferring the handwheel bearing seat clockwise by hand (looking from the slag discharge groove of the equipment to the feeding hopper), the pressure regulating head should be turned to the left, and the gap will be reduced. Otherwise, the gap will become larger. Changing the size of the gap, that is, adjusting the resistance of the residue, can change the juice yield. However, if the gap is too small, under strong compression, some of the residue particles will be squeezed out together with the juice through the filter screen. Although the juice yield increases, the quality of the juice will relatively decrease. The size of the gap should depend on the specific process requirements of the user.
